I'm always excited when someone wants to improve their self - in any form (I am a bit of a perfectionist myself).

Girls LOVE a good smile. Makes sure your teeth are WHITE and it gives you an added bonus. You do not have an excuse not to whiten your teeth these days.

This is what I use here in American and I get compliments all the time. I only use them for 25 mins every 3/4 weeks at most.

dont use the strips my sister is a dental assistent and sais that using them too much will destroy the enamel of your teeth buy a tray and a syringe from your dentist much more effective and safe
