I was even considering going to a hypnotist and just having them wipe all my limiting beliefs and replace them with new ones.
Anyway i think Hypnotica has some pretty good stuff on that like the Ultimate Inner Game DVD's and Reinventing yourself CD's. I tried doing some of the exercises, but i still felt that anxiety inside no matter how far i walked (spatial anchoring and football walk) there was a speck of it always present.
I am going to keep trying i know it's not a one-time solution, but i would suggest learning NLP and hypnotica's stuff.

WillingLearner was right about hypnotica, the "Spinx of Imagination" self-hypnosis cd is good for helping with some unconscious beliefs, but it is hard to make time to listen to it often. And if you are too stressed out while listening to them, they aren't as effective.
I found a lot of help in David Deangelo's Inner game series with Dr. Paul Dobransky. He really help explain a lot of the reasoning behind my negative psychology. It's a long series, but it's worth it's weight in gold.
Tyler Durden's Blueprint was very good as well, but it's even longer than David D's series, something like 20 hours.
There was "No More Mr Nice Guy" by Robert Glover. That helped me even more.
Cory Skyy did a series on mirror affirmations, that was excellent.
Tony Robbins has all kinds of series for motivation and positive thinking.
Of course this is just a list of the material that helped me, I don't know if it will be as effective for other people.

I lost most of my friends because I was acting needy. That summer I went back to my country where I didnt have many friends. I started feeling inferior and that led to social anxiety. When I got back I thought everything was gonna be ok but it wasnt. My friends started ignoring me becuase I was being too needy and seeking for approval. Anyways, as of right now im feeling great better than I have before in a long time. Im going back to my old self. Am no more socially anxious and can make friends with pretty much anyone. Now people seek for my approval and not the other way around. What helped me the most is the Sedona Method. This year I made a huge transformation and am looking forward to making more. Its this forum and you guys that helped me out so much.
Thanks guys for all the help
