meditation does not have to be sitting on a pillow humming, it doesn't have to be hard. daily meditation, walking meditation, there are thousands of articles, just google it. take a walk, don't think of a single thing, clear your mind, focus on what it is that you're doing, step for step, breath for breath, sound of traffic, what ever, just clear the mind.
become the silent witness! You can control your mind so you will no longer have approach anxiety.
