If she says shes taking a break from guys(after showing IOI's), what is she really saying? and how do you get around it?

if a girl hasn't shown some serious IOI:s, she's probably just saying "f*ck off" in a nice manner. perhaps if you have been to nice to her, then tried to make a move when she belives her value is higher the yours or she's lost the attraction due to loosy gaming.

or else... it could be that she's had an event in her rescent life that made her think she shouldn't see boys for a while.
if this is the case (probably is) I think a little cold read on the matter could do the trick.
tell her you sense that she might have had some bad expercince,
"maybe something has happend to you in the past, and maybe it has happend again not to long ago that makes you feel this way. I can totally level with that..."
Then you make up something nice that makes her feel that you understand the situation.
She is most likely to tell you what is really going if your on the right track...

Then go romantic on her tell her: "the great thing I found out though, after getting out of my own situtaion is that there are so many people out there to meet, and you never no whats gonna happen. so now everytime I think about how sad I was back then, I just take a look around and see all the great things that will happen to me, if I just take the chance. This is what girls say to justify casual sex with people their not having a relationship with. It usually is because they've come out of a failed relationship and while they're temporarily giving up on it, they still need to fuck. If you pass this shit test, that guy could be you.
