especially after a few drinks!! If she asks me if i remember the first question i always ask is "whats my name then??" if she does not know then its all ok and u 2 can have a laugh, if she does, just move the conversation on quickly!! if she asks u again for her name, just say this with a big smile
"to be honest when you said your name, i was kinda tuned out, so how about beofre you remind me you tell me something you have never said to someone before, something that is actually unique about you, that makes me want/need to remember you. Afterall you would hate to blend into the crowd"
now she has forgotten the question and is to worried about impressing you

What I do is when it comes time for the number close, which is realistically the only time that you need a name, I will tell her to spell it for me, and even if it is something rediculously easy to spell they will be like " what? My name is anna you dont know how to spell that?" then you just go with something that sounds like it and say "Oh shit, sorry I heard Hannah before". The only other time that you could need a name is to introduce her to friends at which point they can even get her name again for you.
