Also is it any good? Is there a better or equal alternative?
I did have a book on business nlp before, claiming to teach you NLP but
it may aswell had been writtin in latin, because i didn't understand a word of it.
I could only read about 15 pages, then my head started herting.
I get the general idea of anchoring and using the right words to get a response
you want, or to avoid a bad one.
But i havn't read alot about NLP.
What good beginners books are there and how much might they cost me?
I know there's a 'NLP for dummies@ book.

I just recently got into SS, but one of the members here (Memento) advised me to blow off the SS Home Study Course and watch Ross Jeffries' 1999 LA Seminar.

So far, it has made way more sense to me, and I think Im beginning to understand this stuff. We will see tomorrow how well I've re-framed myself.

Where do you get the 1999 la seminar video?

I now have both the basic SS home study course and the 1999 L.A. Seminar.
The LA seminar is fun and entertaining, but it doesn't actually teach you SS.
The seminar videos mainly have tips for people who already know the mechanics of SS and want to know how to use it better in the real world.

The basic home study course is a very good product.
It consists of audio and books.
It has a lot of useful learning materials in it.
That's what you should get to actually learn SS from the ground up.

Reading one or two books on NLP may be good, but I think it is a waste of time to only study NLP materials. I'm pretty sure that if you do that, you will NOT end up with skills that you can use to seduce girls. I don't know why some people on this forum are focusing on NLP instead of SS. You should focus mainly on SS, because you are trying to pick up girls, not just have a general knowledge of NLP!!
