Hi Guys,

I'm a new developer on the forum, just trying to iron out some of the kinks. With the chat app, were the audio/video bits that important for the chat, or were they not used much? Just trying to get a feel for what features of the chat were used when it was working in-case a replacement chat has to be slotted in?

The audio/video parts of the chat weren't actually functional yet back when this version of the chat was running, although they were very popular in the chat we used previously and I'm sure there would be much rejoicing if they were available in the new one after this outage :)

How about the old text chat app we used to have if you're planning on doing the audio/video thing?

Something's better than nothing for the moment.
