I was talking to a HB8 who was so into what I was saying but then she was distracted by this idiot who was making faces from a local booth... I completely forgot to disarm that guy but then she began making comments after certain statements like "you're so stupid/shut up" and I lost my position.. I need help on regaining my position and demonstrate higher value... HELP!!!

Call her "an ADD kid". Sometimes I even start snapping my fingers near my head, implying that it is what's necessary to keep her from being distracted. Do not be afraid to neg/tease her if she does something that you don't appreciate.

Hell, you could even say "You are way too easily distracted. There's no way we're going to get along".

You don't have to disarm the guy in that situation. It's about you and the girl. A good way to determine whether you need to disarm someone is asking yourself "If this guy keeps doing what he's doing, will she end up with him?"

Making faces from nearby = no.

I forgot to mention she works as a make up artist in the mall and the guy making faces worked at the booth next to hers as a Verizon Sales rep...

If she starts talking, interrupt her and ask her if she has an Off button, then proceed with what you were saying.
