DAY 2: Nothing...
I've had no smokes.
Normally I would smoke when I get cold.. just a act of warming up outside..
I would smoke before/after I eat....
Just random time I would smoke..
I still get the go outside to have a smoke fealling...
It's just breaking the habbet ...changing my rythem of my day routine...
I think here in a fue days I will forget totaly about it.

This is what happen the other night...
I went running and came back then I said to my roomate I quit smoking....
I guess he didn't take me serious...
I have said before that i'm gonna have to quit b4 we re-deploy...guess he didnt beleave that ither.

When I say I do somthing I do it....
I knew I could quit....
I have never said I quit tell now and i did and am quiting...

No worry about drinking...in iraq so no big.. i'm sure i'll find myself light up agen but not pickup the habbit...
I like to think of myself having good self control

DAY 3 :
Nothing.... I feal good ... missed out on a update...

DAY 4:
Okey I did not want any cept when I got really boared or some one else was smoking around me.
My old method of not smoking is comming back with ease...
People would always ask me if I wanted a cig and I say no I dont smoke...
I don't smoke anymore now so its just that...a

Mental Thoughts about smoking.... Why... I'm not a smoker.. My agressive .....forcing myself away from smoking.

nice job on quitting.

i stupidly started smoking about 8 months ago, surrounded by friends who all smoke and eventually i started.

i'v gone days without smoking which wasn't hard at all but i'm aiming to quit over the summer. it's only in social situations where i'd even want to smoke again and when i'd miss it.

not sure how it'll effect my game, but i'd think it'll be a positive cos i can always go for a casual smoke if i need to while not actually smoking the rest of the time.
health wise it's a great thing to do and also money wise as well.

I've had 3 sigs total.
I still get the same "high" off them but It's not a desire ... I don't have to smoke.
It's been 2 days since one.
I smoked one the day before yesterday night..
Then ran the next night and fell mprovment but still overall breathing sucks..
but better then it was when i was smoking all day..
I'm going to stop while in in iraq and only socaly smoke when I go out.

lol.. sounds like a journey to the style life challenge except its the stop smokin challenge.

You will feel sick for 3 days to a week when you stop. I just heard, I don't smoke tobacco. Only weed.

GL though

I smoked for five years from when I was 14 till when I was 19 and joined the military. There I traded cigarettes with snus. Now that I'm civilian again I occasionally smoke while drinking. It's a bad habit that's all I can say.

I find smoking to be a pretty useful tool especially cuz I just moved to a new country meeting lots of new people. I'm a pretty shy guy so whenever I'm at a bar/club whatever I'll just go for a smoke whenever things get awkward for me.

I smoked for three years, quit for five months, broke up with my girlfriend and started the same night. This was pre-game. Smoking is such a DLV, however, I did run into this one girl (Pre-game too) and I liked her, I spent all this time and effort into gaming her and hiding the fact that I smoked. Then she found a pack of cigarettes in my car, and she said "YOU SMOKE!?" I said "Yes." and her reply was so unexpected: "Oh my God, that's so hott." It turned her on. She didn't smoke. Got me laid. Awesome.

I quit 4 days ago with help from some nicotine gum. I started coughing really badly today, but I feel like I can breath deeper. It's key to me getting in shape. I'll be able to run again soon. This chick already said I can run with her. That's motivation enough for me. :)
