How do you guys keep motivated to go for that run when you feel tired and cant be bothered or when you get in from work and know you got to cook healthy, how do you stop yourself picking up the phone and ringing Dominos?

I go good for a month or so and then just fall off for 6 weeks and go back to square 1 if not even worse then when I began.

First of all ditch running and pick up high intensity resistance training, like max contraction or Mike Mentzers pricncipals. Work smart not hard!
