What neg should I use on a girl who is bad at communication?

I.E. a girl who rarely replies to texts, Facebook wall messages, returns calls etc. (It is a well known fact that she is crap at communication)

What should I say to her?

I wouldn't say anything. A girl who doesn't respond to you is either really busy or just not interested in you. If a girl is interested, she will make time and take the time to respond, especially with text messages because people carry their phones everywhere. Unless you have some sort of rapport already built up it doesn't make sense to neg her, and would probably just reflect you in a poor light and go un-responded too. Put her on the back burner and move on.

IGNORE HER IN GENERAL, PUSH / PULL ; YOU WERE PULLING WHEN YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUSHING , SHE WILL EVENTUALLY COME BACK TO YOU IF SHE FEELS LIKE URE WORTH SOMETHING TO HER ,
MY ADVICE MOVE ONE IF SHE EVER SAYS SOMETHING TO YOU, YOU IGNORE OR JUMP THROUGH HER HOOP :)
if you do jump through her hoop IOI + IOD OR JUST IOD either way move on , never let one girl be the center of ure game a HIGH VALUE person always has options and if they dnt have options they dnt care
