so i meet this hb7 generally out and about with a group of mates. everything goes cool i use absolutely no routines just neg and have a laugh with her and can tell theres interest through the IOIs im being given but without making a move the night ends and we all go our seperate ways.

The next day i check my facebook and shes added me we have a little chat etc then she asks for my number. so everythings going well get her to agree to come round mine on the weekend. Next thing i know i get a text from her saying that she couldnt meet me:o. turns out that one of my so called friends who also had her number from some point in the past rang her and made up a load of shit about me! which just kind of ruined my pretty much garunteed F close! i confronted him about it and then said hes just making things up for attention but now shes saying she doesnt want to get between friends!

Any advice on this one would be highly apreciated.

Get yourself some better friends! That guy sounds like a real douche. Buuuuut, if he had her number already, maybe there was something between them already that you shouldn't have gotten in the middle of? I dunno, I'd need more background. My friends would never do something like that to me though.

I have a cousin like that. He's a complete AFC. Regular looking guy who works out, has a nice car, and apartment but has no game. Has had 2 girlfriends his whole life and hasn't had sex in 2 years. Thinks how I get girls is cool but too ridiculous for him to learn. So I don't tell him about it but whenever we try to open a set together he'll always try to cock-block me. As if he's jealous. Now we rarely open sets together because I don't like hanging out with him when I'm out and talking to girls. One time he tried to devalue me and I simply told him if he ever tried to pull that monkey shit on me again I'd take every girl he every talked to away from him and close on every girlfriend he ever got from here on out. He hasn't done it since.

Sounds to me like your friend has a thing for her or he wouldn't have cared about you guys hanging out and purposely made you look bad. Jealousy got the best of him. I don't care how good of a friend he is (or was), but I would leave both him and her alone for a bit. Cut it off with your friend; if he is willing to make "a shit load" up about you, he isn't your real bro IMO... or at least give it a lot of space for a while. As for the girl, don't chase her. She has a bad image of you now, but if you are bent on getting her and if you don't contact her for a bit, you can recover since she doesn't know you that well. She seems to be linked to you through mutual friends? Don't go looking for her, just run into her sometime and game her. Her opinion may change.
