Well I think your asking to many questions, based off the opener I think that you should tease her on her response a bit, but take what was said as a chance to have other topics of conversation. To be very general. But focus on that if you run out of things to say transition into a routine, I don't know what else to say because of such a general questions but practice and practice and find what works.

not to sound rude or anything, but i feel like you need to do some research on some fundamental pick up theory. the mystery method is a great place to start, but it seems to be getting a little old fashioned these days. it gives a great outline on the progression of a pick up from approach to close.

generally speaking, it's a push pull of tests and calibration. you need to know and feel when it's appropriate to phase shift into attraction, comfort building, and seduction. you can't shift into seduction until there's comfort. this is done by recognizing IOI's and other positive responses.

DHV is always a good thing to throw in whenever you get a chance, but you don't want to come off as bragging. guys that are too into themselves tend to repel girls. if all else fails, just keep up a good conversation. maintaining an interesting conversation is an attractive trait in and of itself.

the k-close needs to be felt out. attempt it too early and you'll get blown out hardcore. wait too long and you'll either run out of time, be thrown in the friend zone, or have your value lowered when she realizes you can't pull the trigger. there's a narrow window when the k-close is appropriate, and only experience can tell you when to go for it, but it's generally earlier than you think.
