Over the past 3 years my penis has shrunk. When erect it used to be around 7 inches now it's 4.5 to 5 inches. What happened? Is this natural? I'm in my mid twenties now. I'm 5'10" and 190. I don't workout much anymore. And I've suffered from mild depression for quite some time.

See a doctor could be a problem health wise. Hormone defientcies, diabetes or low/high blood pressure. If it has really shrank that much see someone.

Have you put on a lot of weight? I remember seeing Oprah's Dr. Oz saying something about for every 30lbs of fat you put on you lose an inch of penis length?
