I always see girls and stuff walking where I live, but I need an opener that's out of the blue but not creepy :P. They are usually exercising. Also, how do I pick up if they are already with a guy? (That I KNOW I can beat up xD)

IMO, its just messed up to after a gal whos with some (married or in another relationship) I wouldn't want it to be done to me. BUT if you must resort to this I would suggest something along the lines of

gentle bump into (kino)
cocky funny opener(forgot your glasses? you ok?)
and then go on from there in your own way i guess.

Man, answer is so simple that I think you havent thought about it, because you think PU is about fancy techniques and shit.

1. Say "Hi, hows your day going (madam)? *smile*"
2. Start with something that fits the situation, for example: if you were at some store, bought something, say something about your shop

It's all about the surroundings. Relate to what is going on with her. Than push her away before you pull her back in. It's very simple and once you've done it a dozen times it's a habit.
