I've had some luck with getting girls before, but mostly social circle things with help from friends. This cold approach thing seems like a lot to remember and you have to be constantly aware of what stage you're in and what to do and not to do in that stage. And Mystery says that the method is geared towards 9s and 10s in night time places. I tend to be attracted to women that would rate about a 7-8, would this still work?

Yes it still works, as for MM take it piece by piece, grasp one bit at a time and don't sweat it if you don't know where you are on his model (a1 etc) just go with the flow.

Also after a while you can begin stripping parts from your game, I don't use negs, DHV stories, routines and a couple of other bits. But yar try everything and if something isn't working or helping you out ditch it.

After a while you will be able to do everything without thinking and can get out of your own head and just have fun.

If you think that's hard, speed seduction (NLP) is much harder to master.

If you think that's hard, how the hell do you manage to order breakfast at the local Denny's? You're a man. You are attracted to girls. The difficulty isn't "learning" any crap but rather un-learning all the crap we're taught.

Just think of it as a video game. The first time you play counter-strike you suck balls, since you can't anticipate where the enemy would come from or how the guns handled, or what your teammates would be doing. Over time you learn all that step by step, through experience.

All it takes is practice, just like anything else. Start small, do Mystery's Newbie Drill for a month or two, and you'll pick it all up slowly. It's not nearly as overwhelming as it seems when you read it. I'm in the same situation as you right now, I just read the book and I'm going to start practicing next week, but I know I'm going to be horrible at the start.

Maybe that's the reason your on this forum, because you actually believe that seduction is like war, let me tell you, its not, its that backward attitude that is developed and set up by the mystery method to make you believe that you need to live up to women's standards and that their out of your league, that's why the 'neg' was developed, to get women off their high horses and give you some respect hopefully as well as trying to make her chase you, but the thing is, that's try hard.

Looking at seduction like war is what will not get you laid, I know that because I never used to get laid and now I do, and that was because I didn't treat it like fun, like it was a game in the first place, I used to take it too seriously and try to 'beat' the girl (metaphorically speaking of course) like we were against each other, but then I realised that was an idiotic attitude, and knew the girl would already be on my side when I met her.

To the OP, mystery method teaches you inferiority, it will make you overcomplicate your actions, make you think too hard about situations, and make you a social robot and I will happily and strongly suggest you do not read into it any further, and for the love of god, do NOT try to look like mystery, what a freakin' embarrassment to this 'community' that a man who dresses like a semi-transvestite / clown / wannabe pimp / is a so called leader of the idea of pick-up.

MM is mastered over hours of work. start with just opening a bunch of sets. he breaks it down really well. just read up on A1 and work on only A1 stuff your first few times out. become an A1 expert. you will no doubt come to the point where you are going into A2 and further while just practicing A1. now read up and become an expert on A2. personally, i think thats the hardest stuff to learn. it will become more and more obvious when you are beyond one stage of the game. field work boys! any questions feel free to pm me
