It seems like most guys become bitches as soon as they get a girlfriend. Don't let that be you. I'm sick of seeing it happen to my friends, and I'm sick of reading about it on here. Man up, don't be a bitch.
I've been with my girl now for over nine months, and have yet to let her bitch me around. My buddy's girlfriend just straight up stopped talking to him one day, and he would text her and call her and she wouldn't answer. So after a few days of this, he goes and buys her flowers and brings them to her work. She didn't want to talk then, so he leaves and goes out to the bars with me that night. The whole night he doesn't talk to a single girl. Hell, I talked to more girls than he did and I have a girlfriend who is still talking to me. So then the next day he buys her even more flowers, and guess where that got him. Same situation, new day. Now one of my roommates has been broken up with his girlfriend for about two months I'd say. The other night she comes over and apparently they get into a fight. Instead of her leaving, he goes walking to the gym (about an hour walk). He calls me at 3 in the morning telling me to wake her up and tell her to leave. I had no idea what happened, so I try to wake her but she didn't wake up. Had I known that bitch was fighting with my roommate, I would have kicked her out in a heartbeat. I figured she had to go home at that time or something.
Its rediculous how some guys let their girlfriends walk all over them. I'm not saying be an ass to them, I'm just saying have some fucking balls. Don't be afraid to confront them, stand up for yourselves. My girlfriend asked me what I would do if she stopped talking to be (regarding my one friend), and I told her I'd be out looking for new girls. Of course if we were still together I wouldn't do anything with any of them, but if she had stopped talking to me for a week (which is what its been now for my friend) I'd move on. Thats not to say I don't love my girlfriend, I do very much. But if anyone is willing to give up on a relationship, I'd be willing to move on with my life.
So guys, don't let your girlfriends rule your life. Be who you want to be; do what you want to do. Sometimes compromises need to be made, but don't give them your soul. I'm sick of hearing about guys who "love their girlfriends so much" and then try to beg their way back into a relationship. It never works, girls only want whipping boys for so long.
