To be honest as soon as she typed bf I thought "no chance". I was genuinely interested as to what is going on inside her head for just chatting online. I thought possibly bad boyfriend. Concluded she was a virtual pricktease and kept chatting to her out of spite. Anyway I just kept going till she logged out. Interesting in that it takes 14 minutes from her suggestion to end it to actually doing it

I can't really understand her... it seems like she want to find "friends" only for a job, cuz otherwise she would want to meet you but only as friends.

I got a lot of girl friends and I like it... (well as long as I don't find them attractive otherwise it is really sucks to be stuck in the friends zone") I can talk to her about a lot of stuff and girls can help with a lot of things.
Sometimes it is just to spent time and someone to go with out and they really don't care if I try to pickup girls when they are around.

To sum up: girls can be your best friend sometimes and about this girl from the chat... forget about her she is weird.

She states quite clearly that it is just online chat and there will be NO real meeting. I've never understood that mentality so did ask her twice.To be honest no one likes to justify their behavior so did not really expect an answer.
Also why mention the boyfriend 2 emails and 2 chats later?

Her profile was on a dating/friendship site. Taken at face value, why was she using that site?

Time to move on from her. She had a cute face imho. Oh well

My number one rule has always been dont assume someone has a boyfriend until your told otherwise.

I would have cut that conversation short after about 1/4 the way through of that length. I wouldn't waste valuable time on someone like that who is giving you no IOI's

Just because you're on the mentality that you want to get to know her, it doesn't mean she's in the same plane as you. I have a lot of girl friends that I just know online, and we don't really know in person even though we live in the same city, and its OK for me, and for them.
Have you come to a fact that maybe she is not even interested in meeting you at all? Some people are not interested in meeting people they've met through online websites. She never mentioned the boyfriend because you didn't asked for it. She would've mentioned him if your intentions were obvious in meeting her.
"No man wants to be just friends with women " .. that is a very stupid thought if I might add. And its probably your weakness, you see women as a piece of meat you have to eat, not as a person, a friend, and then maybe a possible girlfriend.
