Step 1: Seed the conversation with something fun you're doing later on in the week. DO NOT invite her or in any way hint that you intend to invite her. Remember, AFCs would invite her at this point, but you're not an AFC, right?

Step 2: Continue with unrelated conversation for a few minutes

Step 3: Bring up the activity you talked about in step 1 again, and tell her she should come.

Step 4: Take out a small piece of paper and tear it in half. Write your # on one half, and pass her the blank half and the pen. She will know what to do, the whole point is to not actually ask for the number (doing so may trigger her AFC-defense responses like "I don't give out my number" or "Why don't you just give me your number").

Step 5: When she's done writing down her number, tell her to draw a picture of herself so you remember what she looks like.

Step 6: Trade pieces of paper with her so you have her number and she has yours.

MUCH better than some other # close methods, because you actually make plans to see eachother while you have built up attraction (as opposed to making plans days later over the phone).

A club (I feel) shouldnt be included in the comfort phase which it is for you at the moment, and i like to employ the david deangelo technique of RIGHT NOW. 'later in the week' she might lose interest of just forget.

If you're referring to the remark about the comedy club, I was just giving an example of a possible next meeting. Nothing about this # close is constrained to a particular environment.

If a girl is losing interest or forgetting entirely (yikes!) only a few days after you meet her, than you're doing something wrong. Women flaking on you in general is a sign that your game is not so solid.

For those who don't know, the technique that Curse is referring to involves calling your target up for an impromptu adventure of some sort. "Hey, it's Mech. What are you doing RIGHT NOW? Let's go do ________".

This is a # close that involves the use of a timebridge (as indicated by the title of the thread). DD's "RIGHT NOW" technique explicitly does NOT employ the use of a timebridge, so maybe you could start another thread if you wish to debate the finer points of these two mutually exclusive concepts.

The time bridge works awesome. I use it all the time. There was a comment made about I don't like this why not do something that night. Well if its the end of the night, she is with her friends and they have the bitch shield up you are going home alone, with or without her number. If you use this there is (for me) and 95% chance you are going to do something again, and soon. You thing i like to do is tell them we are going to a movie and some dinner (very AFC) then when I pick them up we go to a playground, play monopoly, driving range, bumper boats, any thing as far from movie and a dinner as possible. If she hasn't eaten i'll take her to a off the beat restaurant that she has never heard of, and is unique. i always plan on paying for dinner, but i always make her earn it, by playing a game see my other post for good games. bar-bets-and-riddles-vt4743.html
