question about private messages

I have a load of messages in my outbox from the past couple of months that should have been sent, and hence should be in my sent box....

I do not think these have been sent....explains why no-one has got back to me!

How do I send these?

Why does this thing not work sometimes? I sent a message yesterday that went to my sentbox and obviously got to the person I wanted it to get to as they replied.

Help please?!

Messages that remain in your outbox are ones that haven't been read by the user yet. As soon as the user you PMed read the message, then it will move to your sent box. If you delete it pre-maturely they will not receive the PM as far as I know.
