Hey guys, i'm about to move to a new city, meet new people etc.

So i thought time for a fresh start, i'm going to create a completely new me, started to work out, changing my clothes, hair etc! I'm ok with fashion I reckon so don't need much advice on clothes SPAM, but I have no idea what to do with my hair!

It's like ginger but not like EPIC ginger lol, and I either gell or wax it into a crazy mess or crazy spikes like. But anyway, here are a few pics of it now that i've taken recently while out in bars.

So what you guys think? any ideas? i'm open for anything. I was thinking dying it and then god knows! (Second one is bad picture of me, but I had drunk quite a bit with those girls in my defence!)

Cheers,
Hood

Hi mate,

Ill be honest, ive never liked that "semi-long hair with an overdose of styling products" look.

The reason being that hair which is overstyled - usually looks greasy and try-hard, alot of women find this unatractive.

I'd go with a buzzed/short style or "short sides - longer on top" look. short hair often makes for a more distinguished look and moreover a more mature older look.

But then again - i'm a buzz beliver ^^

best of luck amigo,
Swing

Hey mate, cheers for the reply.

Yeah, I normally go for a 3/4 on sides and back and then a bit longer on top and then spike it up a bit when I go to the hairdressers, though I haven't been for a while.

It seems every tom dick and harry has their hair like that now, well around my college anyway so I was maybe thinking of going for a something a little different to make me stand out a bit.

I do like that short style though because it's neat and tidy and doesn't require me to buy much gel/wax or whatever i'm using lol.

Get it brown. Do you eyebrows as well.

I would get a little more length all over :)

Hey man, thanks for the suggestion. You think it would work with my pale complexion? And also, maybe if you could give me a pic of the colour and style you were thinking of. Brown is a wee bit vague.

Cheers buddy!

Hey,

Cheers, that's pretty useful! Would deffo have to get the eyebrows done as well lol, perhaps even the eyelashes cus you can't actually see them :P

As for tanning, well..
I tend to burn up in the sun rather than tan up, unless I smothered myself with sun cream, in which I do tan, but very slowly - and not that much. And I don't fancy doing any sun beds either.

So what do I do? Go into a hair salon and be like 'Hey I want my hair like this pic of Zac Effron and I want it this kind of colour', and see what happens? Lol. Better find a good place :S

Also, Zac Effron blokey over there has bushy eyebrows whereas I do not..

Just a few more thoughts..
Hood.

Thats exactly what you do - dont go cheap here. You want to be looking to spend about £30-£40 on the haircut alone and a lot more on the colouring. It is worth it though, once they have done it once you can get it done cheaper by getting it cut somewhere less expensive and can probably dye it yourself.

As for tanning, a very slight spray tan would probably work wonders for you. Again get it done professionally. Aside from that a few sun bed sessions will likely help a lot, why are you against it?
