ok so heres the deal im into this website/chat site u can chat and shit and you have ur own profile my problem is i bearly got this thing like 5 minutes ago and i dont have any pics of it but i want to start requesting girls i know some openers but do u think i have a chance by opening and requesting girls without a picture i know it lowers my chances but idk have any of u done this im pretty sure if u play ur cards rite it will be ok rite?

Pictures are social proof. She will have hundreds of messages in her in box as well as requests. IF... she adds you its simply an add. It wont go anywhere until you can provide social proof, DHV pics etc.

err no. it doesn't matter if you don't have a pic, if your game is good enough, then you don't need the social proof.

If you've read any of The Game and know this subject fairly well you will know that you DO need social proof. It comes under one of the 5 qualities.

However, this doesn't have to be done with a picture; it can be done with story telling, DHV spikes etc. The advantage of having a picture is that you can have a picture of you, having fun, with friends (hopefully some girl friends as well) which will demonstrate that you're a laugh and people like to go out with you etc. It can demonstrate pre-selection without having to work on that in your story telling etc.

When you go to a club with a girl on your arm, you've already demonstrated pre-selection and therefore that's one of the 5 qualities you've already shown before you've even opened your first set (providing they've seen you of course). A picture has the same effect on online gaming. Remember, it's not about your looks in the picture, it's about the DHV spikes, even if it's just you in your room, if you have guitars, trophies etc in the background of the picture then you've got a headstart!

thats my point...you don't need a pic as social proof as it can be achieved in many other ways, and alot easier.
plus, i have read the game, its all the materical i use (sorta) but its not a step-by-step guide, you don't have to follow everything and if you do your just a style clone.

I agree completely, I myself have been a member of stylelife, listened to the audiobooks, teleseminars etc and worked on my game there.

And what I do is adapt everything to my own personality.. I'm pretty sure my dad and my brother were/are naturals so it's in me somewhere and i'm bringing out ideas etc into my personality and slowly boning more and more women.

The thing to remember is don't lose sight of who you are; long term relationships would never work, if like teen said, you are a style-clone.

Hey Koolkid how is it going man? I think you do need a picture. Of course looks doesn't have to do with everything. I think its more on the security side. Meeting up with someone through a website already is a risky thing, especially with the steady rise in murders from Craigslist. Of course that is just a small percentage of all online meetups, having a picture just helps the girl know you are a guy first of all, lol.

I think its 20% looks and 80% game and how your present yourself. Just go buy a cheap 20 dollar camera, or have a friend take a picture of you at a party or something that builds social proof. Just like what Guinness said. Best of luck bro!
