It has to be said as though you know how bad it is, and that the humour is more in the pitifulness of the joke than the joke itself...

If u get used to telling jokes u effectively start to box yourself in as the court jester sent round to entertain, rather than a serious PUA who is there to seduce u...
I would go for more natural humour, like use it in ur negs etc...humour is best used as a subtle device under the guise of something else.
Humour as an insult,
Humour as a weapon,
Humour as a compliment.
I dont think jokes are a pre requisite of the PUA, altho being a sociable, fun, happy, outgoing character are.... Being funny and telling jokes are 2 different things.
Im proper funny, I can entertain and make a huge set of girls laugh, but I dont know a single joke I would bother telling.

Yes as ziiki said, we are not stand up comedians. Girls love to laugh and it does win you points but I think a cheesy joke would come off as a sign of lower value so I would cut out just telling jokes of this kind.
I think that the best type of humour is off the cuff spontaneous stuff. Women love spontaneous details. The minute that it seems pre rehearsed then the ho is backing off and thinking, Jesus, this guy has it all planned.
I get really nervous doing an approach so I have canned stuff as a crutch to help me sail through the whole initial tricky part.
In my introduction I usually say that I work at a school and the kids drive me nuts, then I add as an afterthought and with a smile, just like women. It is intended as a funny neg. It usually gets a smile. stuff like that seems to work.
In Jugglers book he says that it isn´t a good idea to do a free show. We don´t entertain for free. The hottie has to earn it.
Best regards,
