I went to the International Mall in Tampa today and cocked up a new routine for clothing stores. This is pretty much how it goes.

Walk into the store and either
A.) A good looking girl greets you.
B.) Find a good looking girl to help you.

Then say, "Excuse me, I only have a few minutes (false time constrant) I need help with two simple things. One, I need to find a shirt that brings out my green eyes (or something of that sort, anything to get her to notice something attractive about you) and two, I need a girl with a good taste to find this shirt for me. Know of anyone who can be of help?"

If you make it seem natural and you're calm about it then they'll go for it. Worked for me everytime I did it today. I did have one girl in Hollister who repsonded, "Are you serious?" to which I said, "I don't have time to joke around." and she went right along with it.

Now do you have to buy anything? No! I only got one shirt. This end it by saying nothing in here interests you and that you're going to look in another store. However, say to her that she's been a great help and that since she's so friendly you'll let her give you her number. You will need to know how to respond to the different reactions you will get. In the end it worked out very well for me, got 9 number closes (2 from one store, because they were just so friendly haha). So go out there and field test this!

I tried this today at American Eagle, and it did work, number close, thanks alot!!

It sounds like a good routine and I'll try it. I'm thinking that you have a perfect opportunity to bounce with the girl though, so long as she isn't an employee. Just say "Alright, well there is nothing here I like but you're great. You can be my fashion designer, so lets get out of here and look somewhere else..." I don't know... keep it fun, but I think they will follow you, and then you can bounce to the food court for an instant date and so on...

Just a thought.

That might be slightly risky if you give a false time constraint at the beginning. I could see a girl questioning that. However, I do agree it’s a great way to do an instant date as long as you’re done with getting numbers at that moment.

Here’s another mall/clothing store routine I have. It’s called “Runway Model”. Go into any clothing store where you see a pretty girl. Say, “Excuse me, my cousin’s birthday party is in a couple of hours and I’m still looking to get her a gift. I want to get her a shirt, but I want to make sure it fits her, and you have the same built as her. Would you try on some shirts for me?”

I generally get instant yes’s. Now sometimes she might be unsure or her friend will try to cock block. Just say something like “It will only take a minute. I don’t have much time at all.” That typically gets them. Have her try one a couple of shirts and model them off to you. Say some things like “Psh, come on I know you can give me a runway walk.” Now do you have to buy a shirt? Nope! Just say, “Hmm I’m not sure. I’ll just be safe and get her a card with some money.” Then number close it from there.

hey I tried it at American eagle and the opener did work! she even gave me an ioi on my own clothing but then I just lost her by letting her take over the set! I did neg her by saying that she talks a lot! I should of put more story telling into it to and not let her talk to much... in the end I went to try the shirt that she told me to wear but I did not want it ... I went to open her again by asking where the nearest abercombie and finch store was at.. that worked but I try to close the set by setting up a date to a concert and getting her number but she said no... But I will try more at other stores thank's! Your opener does work its just That I need to improve my mid game.. I can open sets but story telling gets me!
