I think I fucked that up buy saying, "you owe me an apology". when she I saw her at school. that was a comment when she didn't pick up on me nor answered to my txt. so today in school I was nonchalant to her and wasn't giving her attention.
Buy I see her making eye contact and the fact she is seated behind me and not at the end of the class.
so my question is how do I put her on her place and sending her a msg again and saying something like:
"we should go out, I know you attracted, but for some reason you acting immaturely"
the problem with this, that it is not a strict msg, and It doesn't sounds like something that I wants to convey which is "stop with the bull****, you like me, I know that, lets go out"

I thinking about txt her next week and try again with something original!
how should I phrase it this time, how this msg should look like ?

this is the irritative part, I can feel she is interested, she is testing me. and I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT !!!

No matter what, never reason with a woman...she cannot and will not acknowledge such attempts.

How long has it been since you talked to her/asked her out? Let some time go by and just see if you can try and pull something out of the hat. Totally drop the attitude that "I kno you like me but your playing around, just go out with me already"....do not need that shit.

I was in a situation like this one time, was in a fit of rage..seconds away from telling the bitch just to straight fuck off...cause of being toy'd/tested..I knew she was just straight up fucking with me and I had no answer or move to conquer it. One day we sort of had it out, she came out of no where with the BS, was uncalled for...we had some goofy tease fight over the phone and that was the end of it....after that day though she dropped all the bulshit, ALL of it, and totally took a new attitude with me. NEVER had any more moments like that...I even asked her what was up with her behavior...I dont know what you mean she says....HAHAHA
