Alright, based off what you said in the post, she is interested. I'm going to go off the premise.
Her birthday is in a few days? How old is she? Are you sure she doesn't have set plans?
What to get her? Since you've hung around her before, ask her friends what she wants. They will know best. Or what I do is just get a funny card, but if you can narrow a gift on one item definitely do that over a funny card.
If she gives you a date on her birthday, establish what the hang out is. Are you taking her out on a birthday date in actual dating or are you casually hanging out with friends? That might be the best course, cause you don't want to get it mixed up and end up fucking up on her birthday.
My advice is just see what she is doing for her birthday. She most likely will have family stuff going on, but maybe you can snag her right after, and hang out.
If its a casual hang make it special like a date, but don't think it? You get what I'm saying? Since its her birthday go out of you way to make it friendly, but stay in the friend zone! You do not want to make her feel uncomfortable on her birthday.
If its a date, and her birthday! You gotta be one special guy let me say that. No girl will just let any guy take her out on a date on her birthday! That way you will know your relationship started on her birthday! You can't forget both! Its like killing two birds with one stone
