This is driving me crazy because I've gotten this three times including once when the girl opened me. Worse thing is I didn't even show any interest back. How the fuck do I deal with this. If two girls say they are lesbians and it obviously isn't true, what the fuck do I do?

I've been hit with that shit test before.

I simply disarm that with "Me too, what a coincidence!"

They could either respond with: 1) laughter 2) ask you if you're gay, then you say "No, c'mon, I'm a lesbian"

Shit tests are simply tests to see how you'll respond to them. If they shoot something out at you, just make them laugh, 99% of the time, it'll work in your favor.

Personally, I just repsond to this with a "Me too." or "Cool." and continue gamming. Do not show reaction good or bad. Basically just dismiss her comment and go ahead with your story, routine, whatever you were in the middle of.

I think this is the best response in this thread, because girls who say this tend to have said it many times before, and have heard lots of answers. So for a proper answer to a ST, it needs to be one they haven't often heard before for best results.

I imagine that they would just roll their eyes at, "Oh really? Me to!" cause it's not neg'ing them, where as saying they need helps implies there is something wrong with them and they need help.
