The first vid is a great study in body language. Mila is very vocal and expressive which some may mistake for comfort, but take a look at the body language. She's still guarding herself, legs closed, both arms folded across stomach, she appears to be leaning forward but is actually just making herself smaller. It's quite apparent when she stops talking and assumes the listening role.

She's expressive and vocal because its in her nature as an actress, but the body almost always betrays the mind.

In seriousness, you shouldn't look at body language in isolation, in my opinion. She might be doing those crosses just to make herself comfortable because of the uncomfortable chair lacking a back rest. She also displays body language which seems to indicate interest like leaning in and firm eye contact and playful gestures, etc, etc.


Interestingly, Russel is breaking a Mystery Method rule in that he seems to be totally ignoring the other one. But that just goes to show that you don't have to stringently apply every rule to the situation.

I don't really see what the hype about the first video is other than him getting away with saying some outrageous stuff. Milla didn't seem into him really, she just gave a couple of big eyed, open mouthed expressions for a few crazy things he said. Kranked makes a good point about the body language as well. She pretty much shit-tested him for like the first two minutes straight and eased off a little towards the end; I don't think he ever really won her. If anything, that blonde was all about him, probably right from the get go even, and Milla towards the end was trying to redirect conversation onto her friend and away from herself imo.

you can't knock the response he gets. he is in touch with who he is, unapologetic...and he has an accent. insert the whooosh sound of panties dropping. he has bedded some of the hottest chicks in Britain. Period.

Yeah I read it last year. It got amazing reviews and there is talk of turning it into a movie but I didn't really see what all the fuss was about. Sure, he's had a interesting life what with the heroin addiction and all that but I just didn't rate it.


A lot of his skills are to do with his reputation. Its like a self-fulfilling prophecy, girls know what to expect and love it.
