Made out with girl on dance floor. Got her number and set up a date (Didnt have chance to f-close). How do I go about kino on first date, if Ive already kissed her. Do I escalate from there or start from beginning?

It all depends on the comfort level, where are you, in C1 or higher?
How many days after your night is this date, quite important because what do you do in the mean time? Do you call her in the mean time because you are just shopping and you wanted her advice about something.(Most guys only call girls for dates and it's important to call her the way you call your buddies)

Anyway, I assume you have enough comfort, so yeah if you see her take her hand immediately and go from there. Use tricks like grabbing your drink and leaning over her a bit. If she's turning away she's not there yet as in comfort level.
During the date it's important to kino and also to test where you are with her.
So, your hand on her 1. hand 2. arm 3. thigh 4. cheek
then, neck biting, stick your thumb in her mouth, if she's chewing on it you can kiss her 100%
