Ahhhhh, something I have much experience in BEFORE I got in the game!

Smart girls are a curious amalgamation of things. While being the girl that likes a reasonable, down to earth intelligent guy who can MATCH HER WITS, she also wants to be SWEPT OFF HER FEET and ROMANCED like any other girl. So the first thing you're gonna want to do is, well, get smart. Learn how to use big words, not necessarily AP or SAT test type words, but be able to put a sentence together well and speak intelligently. Shit, I used amalgamation in the second sentence of this post, you can do it! You'll also want to appeal to her verbal nature, do this by reading books and incorporating descriptive terms and words that girls find intriguing. In other words, talk about feelings, emotions, and go into detail more than you would with a guy. Guys tend to talk more about actions and orders than feelings and detail.

Most importantly, DO NOT NEGLECT THE GAME!!! It works, and it works on smart girls too. Being smart only helps her identify you as a potential mate who can keep up with her and have the occasional deep conversation; no one likes to be with someone who can't understand the complex thoughts and frustrations running thru their head. Keep in mind that since she is smart she may have an increased ability to see through parts of the game, I wouldn't go too far out there with getting her attention, and I would stick to the more docile day game tactics. See if you can read her about early on in the conversation: is she the smart girl who still gets away with partying, or is she the shy introvert who makes straight A's because she has nothing else to do? Figure this out and appeal to her type.
