What self help book, video series would you guys reccommend?

I'm looking for some training on becoming a dominate, motivated, likable MAN. The type of guy who others are naturally attracted too. This book is not directly related to pick up, I would like something to make me better in all areas of my life. More motivated and driven in sports and work. I want to be the person that others (guys and girls) are naturally attracted too (not in a gay way)lol. Can anyone recommend a good book or training program that would help me move towards my goal.

confidence is universal. If your confident with yourself and who you are, it matters little with what area you focus or gain that confidence from as long as its actual self confidence and not confidence in a single ability.
