Ive heard of this thing where if you repeat things in your head the subconcious then stores it and your NLP will change . Like deangelo recomends saying 'I LIKE ME' ten times in your head whenever your not feeling very good about yourself. I use this and ive had some damn good success i think, I wonder if there any qoutes you can use? Or do you just make up what you feel you need?

I don't really buy into this bullshit. Saying things over and over again won't change a thing, perhaps a temporary fix to your lack of confidence, but I see no true progress being attained by just talking to yourself.

Yeah, just telling yourself something doesn't do shit. But actually knowing that you're hot shit will up your confidence a lot.

It works for people who beleive it will work. Thats the only way.Because the subconcious eats it up and thinks it is fact after constant repetition. It makes sense to me that it would work only if you beleive it would.

Truly, even if you dont truly believe it fake it until you make it.

I believe that when it comes to confidence believing in the inner joy of yourself is where it happens. Finding the inner you that you like and even if its one thing think about that one thing, like your hair or eyes, visualize it in your head. Place it to the right of your mind. You will find this image is easy to imagine. Very clear picture. Then think of something you are unsure of like the way you look or your seccess level, maybe visualize yourself doing something you don't think you are of capable of, but would like to do. If you notice that picture is harder to imagine. Place that cloudy image to the left of your mind. Now visualize the part you dont like moving accross your mind to the right side where the things are you do like. Mentally blend that image together and and the part you dont like will slowly be associated with something you do like and that unachieveable task will suddenly look achieveable. Do this several times a day it takes a second. This is a technique from Darren Brown. It works.. Mental association. Start creating positive mental assocations. Train your brain.

In the mirror I say something like (a few times):

I'm Crush. Women love me. I'm an alpha male. I'm attractive. I'm charismatic.

Drastically helps my inner game for the first few approaches.
