Basically im a 23 year old guy from the UK and i have terrible trouble approaching women and serious confidence issues when i try to attract them. the reason im on here is i want to change form the habbit of meeting women and becoming "great friends" with them, and change into a guy that can approach women with the pure interest of pickin them up for more then the gut wrenching friendship road. don't get me wrong i get on really well with women and im really comfortable around them once ive finally spoken to them as long as i dont think of myself in the situation of rejection.

basically i had no idea about this kinda community until i borrowed a book form my friend called "the game". i believed that if i could get to know women and be there and supportive for them they would eventualy realise what i was to them and fall in love with me....guess what im 23 and my relationships have been shit.

this book has made me realise that ive been wrong for so long and has made me wish to change my life and hopefully become something more then i am at the moment.

um sorry for the long intro but i want to grab as much knowledge as i can from you guys and i might as well be honest from the start.

Sounds like you need to work on SOI - statement of intent. Let them know you aren't there because you need a friend but because you find them attractive and that's where the YOU want the relationship to go.

Set the rules up front and follow them.
