I've suffered from depression and bad one-itis in the past however in the last month or so I've been trying to overcome all that and expand my group of friends and get some chicks, which has been helping.

I've noticed though that since I 1st got depression up until even now, I don't have much of a sex drive. Like I can look at porn and my minds just not really on it, I haven't jacked it in probably 2 weeks just because I'm never in the mood to. And last weekend I was hanging with this chick I gamed and it was moving pretty fast except it took like 15 minutes for me to get hard because I just couldn't get in right mindset.. I was attracted to the girl and everything (emotionally at least, and I thought physically).

Is there anything I can do to increase my sex drive or something?

i hear viagra helps.

its really all in your mind, based on the reasoning your depression hit. Usually it always leads to self confidence in one way or another. So find the problem and change the way you think.

1) Stop watching all porn period.

2) Eat LOTS of Pineapple

3) Eat LOTS of Seafood partcularly Shrimp & Oysters

4) I hear Ginko also helps, they sell it in pills if you can find it

5) Work on visualizing who you want to fuck more often

6) Squeeze and workout your PC muscle. This is a specific exercise. Ask me for more info.

7) Consume more PROTEIN. Whether you find it in lots of meat or a steak or whereever... Just eat lots of it. You will produce more sperm and huala = you are now way more hornier and have a much higher sex drive. This will motivate you to sarge. I haven't seen porn for months and all I seem to want to do all day is study how to sarge. It will get you out there. Trust me.

Whenever you feel it getting limp just french kiss her and give her lots of tongue... It should get you aroused again just don't over do it if you're not trying to seduce her all at once. Too much can equal buyer's remorse. So be careful with that tip unless you reall know she wants to fuck. And they normally do ;p.
