What you could do though is on the second go push the coin against his forhead hard for a short period of time and then tell him that when you let go he has to tap the back of his head to make the coin fall off forehead the thing is though you have already taken the coin off his head when you pulled your hand back so hes basicly there tapping the back of his head waiting for a coin to fall off his head that isnt there! LOL works really well.

Forgive me if I've missed the point but I've read and re-read the original post.

WHY would you want to do this?! You're just being a complete dick and completely singling this guy out and making him look stupid (or intending to make him look stupid).

If another guy is a dick just ignore him, simple as that. If this isn't enough to keep you in control of the conversation then it's just another bump in the road of self improvement. Lowering yourself to his level by trying to make him look bad just comes across as insecure.

I'm FAR from an expert at online game, I use facebook purely for keeping in touch with friends and family but I wouldn't have even responded to his comment, I really can't see how a one-off snide remark would have any effect on people's perception of you. He said it himself, he looks immature but I think by rising to the bait in the first place you've ended up in the same boat as him.

in my experience when i got a real cocky guy trying to steal my set i shut him down quick.. i hate it when you approach a set and some guys trying to make you feel like shit. use tricks to shut the guy down so he doesnt come back when he leaves.. however if the guy has rightfully displayed high value without coming off cocky or being a dick about it then i dhv using small games and shit and try get him interested aswell as the chicks instead of amoging him..if you need some quick games to dhv at a party or somthing look for some proposition bets on youtube or ask your mates if they know any.. me and my mate have been working some good DHVs that we use with her hands that can be good kino aswell eg Palm reading or ring finger meanings its good stuff for working sets aswell as isolation
