Cocaine or Aderral. Works wonders.
But seriously I've had this since I was a teenager, there's nothing you can really consistently do.
Some things sometimes work some of the time and other things don't.
You've just gotta force yourself to do stuff despite your tiredness.
this is entirely inaccurate. 'energy drinks or caffeine related anything' fall into this inaccurate category.
get blood work done. given that you sleep correctly (8 hours give or take) you are most likely anemic, which is a lack of iron in the body. lacking iron basically makes the body inefficient at delivering oxygen to your cells, making you tired constantly.
other symptoms of iron deficiency, or anemia, include being cold on your fingers, ears, or toes on a regular basis, feeling hungry constantly, or sleeping for long periods of time in which normal people dont. such as over 9 hours a night, or napping during the day when youve had a full nights sleep.
my recommendation if you dont want to spend the money for blood work (blood work is the proper way to diagnose your problem), go to your local gnc, get a small bottle of iron pills, and see if the make a difference. they are 3-4$ and take them as directed on the back of the package. you dont need much, but i wouldnt feel good telling you to take a random mg amount i think might be right. just follow the instructions on the back of the bottle. see if that makes a difference after a few days
