Hello,
I am writing this post detailing what I consider tyo be my most unusual approach yet.

I was at a swim meet, when I was joking with my coach about how hot the two timers were behind lane 3 (in swimming, lane 3, 4 and 5 are the fastest lanes). Anyhow I said that I could potentially get their numbers. He decided to bet me $5 that I could not succeed.

I then began planning. I had to wait for my race, because no one besides the swimmers competing in the race were allowed behind the starting blocks.
At race time, (50m butterfly) I was seeded second, meaning that I was in lane 5. As I walked by them, I smiled and winked. They smiled back. After my race, which I finished in first place, I walked over to them and said "Hey, while youre writing down his time, you can write down your numbers for me too". They laughed, and one of them wrote it down on a spare time card.

I dont really consider this a tribute to game, because there was no build-up or conversation. Needless to say, I was quite happy as I walked back to the team, and waved the number under my coach's face.

Just wanted to share.
Until next time, good luck,
