Hmm... three steps.
1. Take the time to think about OTHER PEOPLE and realize that other men have already asked this question in this community.

Some of the main ways are eye contact (preferably with a smile) until she looks away. then continue it. This builds a deep connection between you two. omg, you gotta say sometihng, don't just stand there.

Another way is teasing, but thats a whole nother ball game.

Just tease her a bit, don't speak to her as you would a friend...i think this is a difficult question to research as it comes naturally to most. Watch somebody who is good with the ladies and try to mimic him a bit and it starts to come more naturally I think.

Some ways include, but are not limited to:

Playful kino (not groping!)
Eye contact (with a smile of course, EC with no smile is a bit creepy...)
Teasing
Sexual tension (through words, kino, "knowing" looks)

Those are pretty much the basics, and as you can see it doesnt have to all be verbal, and really the better ways are nonverbal anyways. Oh and your body language goes a long way as well, mostly in how you hold yourself while interacting with her in any of those previously mentioned ways.

its alright. natural section is a good place to ask if you want to know about natural actions. for me flirting is something i do well (i get stuck further into proceedings). any way. ive found that the best way to learn your own natural style is like go karting or bmx jumping, you can sit on the side watching in analyising all you like but because theres so many complexities and subtleties you soon become paralysed with fear. Or, my approach, just jump straight in go for gold. the good thing about flirting is you can do it with any woman not just the one your after. they like it, you gain confidence and you learn. if they say any thing like, "OMG you're hitting on me" you can say something cheeky like "don't flatter yourself im just being nice".

basically what im getting at is that flirting is FUN, if its not fun for both then somethings off. and secondly just jump in and have a go. thats the only way you'll learn your own style. there's no one method that'll work for everyone you just need to find your own.
