Unfortunately my very good friend has become a pothead, and being an AFC I kind of drifted along with him...stoners are nice people, but don't like to go out much, and I'm tired of spending my Saturday nights sitting on a couch eating chips and playing PS3.

If I suggest we go out somewhere the general reaction is "Go out and do what?" and I honestly don't always know. If I do have a good idea they'll sometimes just complain they don't want to spend money...they've already spent it on weed.

So what do/did you fellas do in high school? I can take charge here, lead the group, dictate, have fun, go OUT somewhere where there at least MIGHT be women or cool people to meet...

Hookah is pretty fun, but I can't get in if they're IDIng lol. Oh and they don't like going to movies. Idk why. I live about 20 minutes away from downtown Pittsburgh.

Could I find new friends? Well....I'm going to college in three months so I see little reason to do so.

dude i hate them (and im sure you hate them too) but malls are fuckin golden. get them to get off their asses and get some pussy at the mall. open up a few sets and im sure that once you get them into it, they'll stop their smoking 24/7 (doing it every now and then is fine im sure alot of people here smoke herb and im one of them) and realize that pussy is way better. and if they dont want to, go alone and have some fun, you'll meet new people and have some fun man.. live ur life dont rely on ur friends invite them but dont rely on them ya kno/

Play sports: volley ball, basketball, tennis, swimming, bowling, hiking.

Go to a concert. If they're too expensive, go to an open mic. There has to be one somewhere near you.

Go people watch. Malls are great for this.

Go crash a random party.

Go dancing.

Go look up at the stars.

Go meditate.

Do anything out of the ordinary. When you tell a girl "I did something out of the ordinary last weekend", that will impress her. Not "I smoked pot". If your friends aren't down to do this, it's never too late to find new friends. Everybody is a potential friend.

zeefrenchman: Not bad not bad...I suppose I do need new friends though lol. And doing interesting things so I can make interesting conversation later sounds good but I meant what can I do that juuust might let me meet people and put my social skills to use.

My friend got caught with weed and can't usually go out unless he's with me...I look like a more clean-cut kid perhaps I should be putting that power to use
