AFC's getting this comment would say thanks and that's it or just try to be cocky and come off as retarded. If you just say "'yeah, you're hot"" it shows confidence that you tell her straight up that you're attracted to her and starts a MORE sexual frame, not saying it's going to make it sexual but guiding you in that direction.
Then again, don't drool all over her by being like oh you're so sexy blah blah. just a simple you're sexy or something
