Im in assia SPAM and have had a lot of trouble with girls who speak limited english, any1 know of any routines I can use to get by this?

you don't need routines. really. Asian women, not Americanized (generally speaking), are for the most part, shy. So just be blatant. No need to run 'game' per-say. This is going purely off my experience. Although, it might be different with some girls.

For example, I asked a Japanese pharmacist, who was working behind the counter, out to eat by simply making gestures: you + me, eat? she blushed and said yes, then gave me her mobile. lol. That was purely my exp. tho.. good luck.

When there is a language barrier the best thing to have is strong body language,

stand up/chest out, smile, eye contact, rock aways/disinterest (unless its considered rude in that culture)
Google the country your in to find out the major differences between the two cultures,
