Is it okay to say "i love you" back to her when the relationship reaches a stage past all the "playing hard to get"?

Just don't want it to kill the attraction and make her think I'm a complete WUSS.

Is this a serious question?

The statement "I love you" is one of the most heartfelt and ballsy things a man can tell a woman (when he means it). There's nothing "wussy" about being crazy for a particular girl and letting her know it--in fact, it's absolutely necessary if you want her to be absolutely crazy for you too :)
