There's an HB7 I work with that I've been gaming. She usually gives me rides home from work every night after work. Well last friday, I was teasing her when she dropped me off from work. She got out of the car and we started to wrestle a little bit. I decide to call it off and make her wait. She dropped me off from work tonight and called me out. She says, "You need to stop, I almost kissed you when I took you home Friday". I figure tomorrow at work I'll freeze her out and make her want it more. Think it will work, input would be appreciated.

this situation is easy....
if you're already pretty physical with her... the next time start it up a bit... hitting each other playfully or whatever... and then completely stop and tell her u have to tell her something..but its a secret so she has to come closer.. (raise ur eyebrows when you say "wait wait.. i have to tell you something...but its a secret.....no really you have to come here" but dont be too serious). when she leans in...then just kiss her..she will go with it and u can make out a bit.... then the next day invite her over for a movie on the weekend (when u dont have to work the next day)... tell her she can clean ur house while you play guitar hero (this worked for me a few months ago)... then escalate while shes there at ur place.. i donno ur home situation tho...

she obviously wants to do something. you dont really need to freeze her out anymore.... escalate it from the playing around and start PLAYING around.

this will work if thats ur goal. unless i read ur question wrong.

Ya I was gonna add this to my original post buti hesitate giving advice I don't follow myself... I've picked up women at work a lotta times. I'm not sure what the age is of the original poster.. but I'm 23 now and have been working since 16... and its probably rougher as you get older but if it doesn't work out for the long run(which it never seems to with coworkers)(even if it does) it is tough dealing with that person at work...especially if you see them often....
