For comical relief... What I did was that I made a game out of it. I put an elastic (this rubber bands girls use for their ponytails) around it, then she had to push it down as far as possible with her lips. That was a really good game because she was seriously proud every time she got further. And yes, I have never met anyone who could take the whole thing, thats one of my routines which is kinda a challenge for the little poor girls... ;)
