maybe 99%, but you're never guaranteed a lay, until your penis is touching her outer lips... (not really guaranteed even then, true LMR may happen, but it's not likely.)
Basically think this way, once she's comfortable and turned on by the idea of you fucking her, you have the opportunity.
There's no time limit, some people get fucked within 10 minutes of meeting. (pun intended)
It all depends on the goal of your game, but spending more than 2-3 weeks on one girl (and only one girl) is not what I'd call Serious Game.

Regardless. Speed up your escalation and lay this girl. Then find out if you want LTR or if you worked three weeks for a single lay (which would suck, imo)
