Okay so Ive been talking to this chick, she suggested we get together at school so we can study together. Then I suggested we exchange #s, we did.
I told I had to work the next day but if she still wanted to get together she should give me a call. Well she was supposed to call me but has not. Should I wait for her to call me or should I call her? I am thinking if I call her, I will come across as needy. What should I do?

I would suggest that you not call her. From what you have written you have demonstrated several IOIs in her eyes yielding her the power over you. Its always best to flip this around or reverse it as much as possible. I would say keep talking to her in person and do not bring up the fact she did not call. I wouldn't put the task of making plans on her - calling you - be the alpha and make the plans, and make her follow.

Yeah I wouldn't phone her because you are going to come off as needy, but make plans with her the next time you meet up with her at school - and follow through with them.

You might even want to try to bounce her after your class to an instant date

Thanks guys for the tips. Just to let you know, I did not call her she called me about an hour later. I flat out said NO. She asked why and I said I had other plans that evening and could not make time available. I told her some other time. She apologized and asked if we could meet the following day. I said I had other shit going on and she practically begged. So I end the conversation right there. The next day I get a call from her but I don't pick up. After a few hours I give her a call and tell her to meet me at school and that I only had a few hours to study. She tells me that she has been at the school library all afternoon waiting for my call. So I get there and let me just say that I have this chick is practically in the palm of my hand.
