a simple "not yet" works much better.
The fact you asking if it matters, pretty much portrayed to her that you have no interest on any level and can come off as an insult, remember online, they cant read you body language or tone of voice...so words are your greatest asset or weakness. Rule of thumb i use, less is more...let them read into what you are saying.
as for something to say...personally im going to state that i think this is a lose cause, simply becuase her value of you already is low. However anything can be salvaged.
personally i would go with "thats always one option" leave it alone for a couple days if she does not reply and say something spontaneous.
