Hey guys and gals.

Right, so there is a girl whom i work with that i find quite attractive (well, theres a few to be honest haha). I get on with her and i can make her laugh and so on so forth. The issue is that she has a boyfriend who is actually a good guy. I know that this sort of situation is best left alone but instead of convincing her to break up with her man, I wanted to "put myself up there" as a potential boyfriend. There is slight sexual tension between us already and i to get the occassional IOI (usually its the arm punch thing when i tease her). I do not really see this girl out of work (i probably should) and, as i do not know most of her social circle, it can be hard to talk about much that isnt to do with myself or work related.

My question really is : what can i do to really get this girl into me? Im looking for both deep rapport and a sexual relationship with her. Incidently, I am 18 and she has just turned 20.

I am in a similar situation, I ask a lot of open ended questions. Girls love to talk about themselves, so just ask her questions about herself lol.

yeah, thats something I do. I know there is alot of comfort between us (although sometimes i do not like to approach her while others are around her talking). Really what i want to do is get out with her and go wherever (cinema, clubs etc). How can I get her to 'invite' me? I mean off her own accord, not me saying "sounds good, im comming".
