the target is from my class..true HB9..we talk often because she sits next to me..after class i try to sarge her and then one day i did the cube and amazed her..i # close..

saturday comes around..i text her..btw she has 2 jobs

me: do you have work today?
hb9: yes i do until 5
me: if you're not busy, come keep me company at melrose while i try to find a windbreaker i really want

then she never replies

what i believe i shouldve said was

"if youre not bust AFTER WORK, come keep me company at melrose while i try to find a windbreaker i really want..just tell me if youre down.."

Don't say stuff like that it conveys lack of confidence, almost like saying if you have nothing better to do come do so and so with me. Just say 'You should come keep me company blah blah' without the whole 'if you're not busy' gig.

And a windbreaker? Like the pants? You invite a girl to string along with you while you look for pants? That's your day 2? Cmon dude, tell her you're going to some night club and that she should come with. Never set aside time for her, always say you're doing something and that she should come along. That way she knows you're not already making room for her and are going to be doing that thing anyways.
