A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.
It is
NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.
A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

Now, when one goes out, they should have something they are focusing on improving, for example.. kino, group theory, eye contact, being sexual, etc. Now, Ive tried focusing on something for an entire week, and although it seemed like it worked at first, it never got into my subconcious fully. Like I would practice eye contact 24/7 for a whole week. and by the end i had no anxiety holding ec for long periods... but a few weeks later it came back and I wasnt good at it anymore. Now there is the theory that it takes 21 days for a habit to form. So essentially you should do something for a month to make it a part of you.
But there seems to be too many things to focus on, look at how many products are out there and how many sections of each product. 20 dvd long products? Interview series with 20 different cds?
Honestly lets look at all the things you need to get good at to not just be good at picking up girls but to be a better person:
Eye contact
Smile upon opening
Body facing towards or away in relation to the girls
Posture: Shoulders back, Head up!
Being Interesting
Being Funny
Leading
Routines
Getting in lock in position
Flirting
DHVs
Natural Conversation
Kino
Being LOUD, especially on opening
Talking Slowly
Connecting and Building Rapport
Group Theory and paying attention to everyone
Isolation
Time Bridging
Always having fun
You definately have to focus on things while your out, but if you have too many to focus on, it becomes hard. For me its simply hard to remember my routines, be able to have natural conversation off of what they are saying, and focus on a few nonverbals such as eye contact and kino and smile.
So how do you all realistically get these things DOWN in field, so that they become a NATURAL part of you to where you no longer have to think about them? To where they are internalized?

Having a good frame will give you almost all of these. _________________ No trees were killed in the sending of this message but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Maybe, just maybe, you should focus on having fun instead?
You sound like you take your pick-up theory very seriously, but really man, you don't have to know all this stuff in and out, memorizing it like a student cramming for his exams. Just keep these things in the back of your head, go out and have fun! And every now and then, while you're out having FUN the idea of "yeah, right, lean back when you talk to a chick" or "Ah, this is an IOI" etc etc will pop-up in the back of your head and you can act on it. You don't have to know all this shit by heart man, just go out there with your knowledge and see how it works in the field!
